Welcome to Liquorcentral and Foodcentral. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately. 

1. Eligibility 

1.1 Age Requirement 

  • To order liquor, you must be at least 18 or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. 

  • To order food, you must be at least 16 or use the Platform with the supervision of a legal guardian. 

We reserve the right to request ID verification before completing any liquor-related delivery. 

2. Services Provided 

The Platform offers: 

  • Food ordering and delivery services under Foodcentral 

  • Alcoholic beverage ordering and delivery services under Liquorcentral 

  • Combined checkout and unified user account for both brands 

All products are sourced from licensed partners, suppliers, and merchants. 

3. User Account Responsibilities 

By creating an account: 

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information. 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. 

  • You agree not to share your password with others. 

  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 

4. Ordering, Payment & Pricing 

4.1 Orders 

  • All orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase. 

  • Orders may be accepted or rejected based on availability, compliance with laws, or suspected fraud. 

4.2 Pricing 

  • Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time. 

  • Taxes, delivery fees, and service charges may apply. 

4.3 Payments 

Accepted payment methods include: 

  • Credit/Debit cards 

  • Mobile/Online payments 

  • Bank Transfers 

  • Other payment gateways provided on the Platform 

All payments must be authorized and successfully processed before order confirmation. 

4.4 Promo Codes & Discounts 

  • Promotions cannot be transferred, combined, or redeemed for cash. 

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. 

5. Delivery & Verification 

5.1 Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and may vary due to: 

  • Weather 

  • Traffic 

  • Distance 

  • Merchant preparation times 

5.2 Age Verification for Liquor Orders 

Alcohol delivery requires: 

  • Presentation of a valid government-issued ID 

  • Matching customer information 

If verification fails: 

  • The order may be canceled 

  • Delivery fees may be charged 

  • Refunds may be partial or denied depending on the law 

5.3 Failed Delivery 

A delivery attempt may fail if: 

  • The customer cannot be reached 

  • The address is inaccurate 

  • The customer refuses to show ID (for liquor) 

  • The customer is intoxicated (for liquor orders) 

Failed delivery fees may apply. 

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns 

6.1 Cancellations 

  • Orders cannot be canceled once accepted and processed. 

  • Cancellation requests may be granted only if the merchant has not started preparing the order. 

6.2 Refunds 

Refunds may be issued only when: 

  • You received the wrong items 

  • Items arrived damaged 

  • Items were unavailable after payment 

Liquor and food items cannot be returned due to health, safety, and legal regulations. 

Refund approval is at our discretion. 

7. Prohibited Activities 

Users must NOT: 

  • Misrepresent their age 

  • Use false identity or fraudulent payment methods 

  • Resell our products or services 

  • Attempt to bypass age verification 

  • Abuse promotions or referral programs 

  • Interfere with the Platform using bots, scripts, or malicious software 

Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action. 

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Platform—including logos, designs, branding, text, images, and software—belongs to Liquorcentral & Foodcentral or its licensors. 

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission. 

9. Privacy Policy 

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for: 

  • Delays outside our control 

  • Actions of third-party delivery providers 

  • Illness or reactions caused by food or alcohol consumption 

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access due to user negligence 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. 

11. Alcohol Consumption Disclaimer 

By ordering alcohol through Liquorcentral, you acknowledge: 

  • You will consume alcohol responsibly 

  • You will not provide alcohol to minors 

  • You understand the health and legal risks associated with alcohol 

We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals. 

12. Modifications to Terms 

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable international regulations.
